Community Foundation for Southern Arizona sparkles as a Gold Sponsor!

The Community Foundation for Southern Arizona creates a stronger community by connecting donors to causes they care about. The impact of the Community Foundation is a collective one, with funds being held by individuals, families, and businesses with unique interests, ideas, and passions to make our region a better place. Like Southern Arizona itself, their funds and leadership are diverse, with their collective work touching every aspect of daily life, including animal welfare, arts and culture, community development, education, environment, health and human services, and so much more. We are delighted that the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona values volunteerism in our communities and has joined us as a Gold Sponsor to further support the professional volunteer management sector in our region.  On January 16, 2020 CFSA will join hundreds of Southern Arizonans to celebrate the most dedicated amongst us. Thank you for supporting our volunteers!

At least one-third of their employees actively volunteer through CAT events or on their own. Their efforts ensure food pantries are restocked; provide clothing, school supplies and health care for foster children; raise money to combat diseases; and give individuals facing hardships an opportunity to rebuild their lives. In addition to organizing and funding volunteer activities, TEP also offers grants to support employees who volunteer for youth organizations such as 4H, sports teams, music and special interest clubs or camps. TEP received the SAVMA [...]
