She imparts lessons learned, and offers expert guidance. Her legacy of generosity inspires a mentorship pathway for nonprofit leaders today and into the future. Aimee engages in community volunteerism serving on advisory boards for the University of Arizona’s Southwest Institute for Research on Women and the Frances McClelland Institute. She previously co-chaired Women United for UWTSA, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Tucson. Graves is a graduate of Greater Tucson Leadership, Class of 2019.
Her Day Job
She joined The Haven in February 2022 as their Executive Director, bringing over 15 years of executive-level positions and a career spanning over 23 years in organizations serving people recovering from addiction and mental health disorders. Her experience encompasses a broad range of prevention, early intervention and treatment services for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
