Stamp Out Hunger on Saturday, May 14th
On Saturday, May 14th, Tucson will be participating in the National Association of Letter Carrier’s Stamp-Out-Hunger food drive. These NALC food drives take place all over the United States and are the country’s largest single-day food drive.
Want to support? The Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona is recruiting nearly 400 volunteers at 12 different stations and needs your help! Hundreds of people are still needed to support on May 14th. The opportunity is great for families with children 12 and up. Volunteers will be helping to unload postal trucks that come in loaded with thousands of pounds of food and help sort the food on-site.
