Thank you for your interest in presenting a program to the members of SAVMA. We are seeking proposals for General Membership Meetings (third Thursday of every month at 3:30PM). Meetings are typically held via Zoom. Presentations are 45 minutes with 15 minutes of Q and A.
With 92 registered voting members and an average of 50 individuals participating in online membership meetings, SAVMA is a growing association. Individuals come from a wide range of organizations including; education, health, human services, housing, animal welfare, environment, religious and social benefit organizations. Member experience ranges from new to the field to those having more than 40 years of experience in volunteer management.
The Programs and Events Committee will notify you of their decision and the date for which you will be assigned if approved. Those not being approved for general meetings will be referred for future programming opportunities.

SAVMA does not provide honoraria or speaker fees. Handouts delivered electronically to the Membership Committee one week prior to the meeting will be printed by SAVMA; any handouts not delivered by the deadline will be the responsibility of the speaker.
Presenters representing companies that provide services for a fee to nonprofit organizations are permitted to bring promotional information and to be available to participants after the program concludes. Sales statements and promotional material are not permitted during the presentation, but self promotion as a final slide is acceptable.
