Community Service Recognition 2026

Sponsors at all levels are invited to nominate a volunteer for Community Service Recognition. This recognition is intended to acknowledge volunteers for their contributions. Public and formal recognition of those who provide notable service in support of an organization’s work will recognize their efforts and encourage others in Southern Arizona to participate in community activities. The online form collects details about the volunteer, which may be used in event materials to describe their service, as well as in social media content before and after the event. Each organization may only submit one volunteer or volunteer couple for this recognition (even if more than one table is purchased). You must provide the following information online: • Honoree Information, including the honoree addresses for event mailings such as the invitation. • Nominator Information • A high-resolution photo of your honoree(s) (PNG 300 dpi minimum) • A high-resolution version of your agency logo (PNG 300 dpi minimum) • 250-300 words about your volunteer, written in the third person Note: Please review your sponsor benefits to identify the appropriate size for your tribute. We will do our best to pair your Community Service Recognition with your organization’s tribute, but this is not guaranteed. Deadline: Payment and information must be received by November 30th to print the event program.

In the third person provide a volunteer biography describing the work your volunteer does and the impact your volunteer makes (between 200-250 words). It is critical you provide enough information as this will placed directly in the event program. It will be used in social media posts and public promotions. Please edit your work.
