Recruitment and Recognition Fair 2023 Registration Open

The SAVMA Volunteer Fair 2023 will take place at Reid Park Zoo on April 20th.  Community members are invited to attend from 4:30PM-7PM and celebrate their volunteerism during this Volunteer Appreciate Week event! This event is open to the public.

Volunteer Fair 2023 (for the public- volunteers)

This event is for you and we cannot wait to see you at the fair. You do not need to register. To put you in the right mood click here for the Zoo map. Check in with the agency with whom you volunteer and see if they are attending. If not, encourage them to register below.

Volunteer Fair 2023- For Volunteer Managers

Organizations planning on hosting a table must register now by April 10th. Please invite all your volunteers to attend to celebrate volunteer appreciate week. Organizational, supporting and partner members receive a reduced registration price.

SAVMA Volunteer Fair 2023- For Vendors

Vendor tables are available to promote businesses to volunteers and nonprofit organizations. The Event Chair has vendor approval for alignment with SAVMA’s mission.

The 2022 event had over 700 attendees of all ages. Loading time begins at 3:30PM with the event opening to the public at 4PM and breakdown at 7PM!
